Old Town Temecula Association

Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to explore Old Town Temecula online, whatever their abilities or the technology they use.

Our commitment

The Old Town Temecula Association is committed to making oldtowntemecula.org usable by as many people as possible. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act and by California law.

Accessibility is ongoing work. We review the site regularly, test with automated tools and by hand, and fix issues as we find them.

What we do

  • Text and background colors meet WCAG contrast ratios, and no body text is smaller than 15 pixels.
  • Every page works with a keyboard alone, with visible focus on links and buttons.
  • Images that carry meaning include descriptive text for screen readers.
  • Pages use clear headings and plain language, and resize cleanly on phones, tablets and desktops.
  • Pages respect your device’s reduced-motion setting.

Known limitations

Some content comes from outside services we do not control. We choose partners that publish their own accessibility commitments, and we pass along any issue you report.

  • Event tickets are sold through Eventbrite checkout embedded on our Events pages.
  • Maps and directions open in Google Maps.
  • Event flyers shared as images include the key details in the surrounding page text.

Tell us if something is hard to use
